How we review
Updated October 2026 · How we review
Our guides compare what's on the label and what's been published. We want you to know exactly what that means and what it doesn't.
What we look at
- Ingredient species and plant part
- Standardization and extract type
- Dose per serving and whether it's disclosed
- Third-party testing seals
- Published human research, summarized cautiously
- Known side effects and interactions, drawing on sources such as the NIH
What we don't do
- We don't lab-test products.
- We don't accept payment from supplement brands for coverage.
- We don't give medical advice.
How we earn money
Some links go to Amazon, and we may earn a commission on qualifying purchases at no extra cost to you. This doesn't change what we write.
